Francine has more than 20 years of industry experience. She has been involved in the Title Insurance business since 1986. She has personally closed thousands of transactions including replacement financing, reverse mortgages, construction loans, and the transfer of residential, commercial and industrial properties. She holds Title Insurance licenses in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
Francine is active in the community and the industry. She has a long-standing relationship with the Pennsylvania Land Title Association and currently serves on its Liaison Committee.
